The Fork Stables

BoydRebecca has been the Equestrian Director at the The Fork Stables in Norwood North Carolina since 2006. Home to a Mark Phillips designed cross country track, The Fork hosts an International CIC*** the first week of April followed by a National Horse Trials Event the following week.

The 1,300 acre farm also provides a 90M x 50M arena, a 110M x 80M arena (both with combination of EuroFelt, stone dust, sand, and RX Rubber footing), a grass show jumping arena, miles of wooded trails plus the 3/4 mile, uphill galloping lane. Rebecca operates a coaching/training center for 3 Day Event Riders of all levels.

The Farm provides a wonderful base of operations for Rebecca allowing for regular schooling clinics and ever changing training opportunities for clients and their horses.

On site accommodations include a 30 stall stabling barn with camper hook ups for short stay clients, as well as full service Bed & Breakfast at the 8 bedroom Fork Lodge. Working students share a full sized home located a few minutes away in Norwood.

HuntingSchooling FieldsA unique aspect of the Stables is being part of a Working Farm that emphasises education, recreation and conservation. "The Ordinary" at the Fork is home of the International Wing Shooting School and the International Recreation Services School.

The main focus of IWSS is sporting clays, upland and migratory bird hunting and dog training.

The Fork is also an outlet for Barbour specializing in classic British outdoor clothing.
